This wine is made from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Gernischt with Saignée winemaking method at low temperature. It is fresh and elegant on the palate with a pleasant acidity, a light structure, and a delightful finish. It shows aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry.
