Shanniang (Japanese version) semi-sweet Shaoxing rice wine [600ml]

The Shaoxing wine, which has a rich and gorgeous aroma and is characterized by a strong and high-grade sweetness, is carefully selected from the approximately 10 million pottery jars unique to Guyue Longshan. It replaces the traditional water brewing process and is produced with the continuous saccharification of specific glutinous rice. It produces a rich aroma, and the ancient Yue Black Dragon was born.
Japanese bartenders recommend a special way to drink the Guyue Black Dragon cocktail - Dragon Highball, which is made with carbonated water, good brew and lemon. For details, you can watch the YouTube mixing tutorial below.
