Li's Estate Sunflower Merlot Dry White Wine

Winemaking Process
The grapes undergo whole-bunch pneumatic pressing to extract the free-run juice, followed by low-temperature alcoholic fermentation and low-temperature aging on the lees. It is skillfully blended with Chardonnay and Muscat, resulting in a rich and elegant floral and fruity aroma, a more complex and mellow palate, and a unique *Blanc de Noirs* style.
Tasting Notes
Exhibiting the unique color of a Blanc de Noirs, it offers rich and multi-layered aromas of flowers and fruits, featuring notes of gardenia, white peach, and cantaloupe, accompanied by subtle hints of banana milk and a refreshing touch of rice wine aroma. The palate is lighter than a red wine yet richer than a white wine, leaving a sweet, floral, and fruity finish reminiscent of Muscat grapes.
