Winemaking Process: 
Grapes from 13-year-old vines (40%) in Ganchengzi, the core region of Helan Mountain's East Foothills, and 6-year-old vines (60%) in the Jinshan experimental area are whole-cluster pressed using a pneumatic press to extract free-run juice, followed by low-temperature alcoholic fermentation. A portion undergoes malolactic fermentation in Radoux oak barrels. The wine is aged for 12 months in a blend of barrels, including one-third French Radoux fine-grained, pure-toasted, high-quality Burgundy barrels and three-year naturally air-dried OMEGA barrels.

Tasting Notes: 
This Chardonnay distinctly expresses the terroir of Helan Mountain. It displays a romantic pale golden hue, bright and clear. Delicate aromas of white rose, acacia flowers, and jasmine are complemented by subtle toasted and creamy notes from oak aging, adding complexity to the bouquet. The palate is rich and smooth, refreshingly clean with a pleasant lingering sweetness. The finish is reminiscent of a lingering melody, leaving a lasting impression.
