Winemaking Process: Grapes from 8-year-old vines at Lisi Winery's Heli Vineyard are manually harvested, followed by cluster selection, destemming, berry selection, cold maceration, destemmed alcoholic fermentation, and malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: The wine displays a ruby red color, with aromas of violet, cherry, black plum, bell pepper, and other herbal notes. The bouquet is rich and fragrant, with a hint of graphite adding a distinctive touch. The palate is smooth yet textured, featuring silky and voluminous tannins, leading to a long, lingering finish.
