Winemaking Process: Carefully selected high-quality grapes from the high-standard vineyards of the "Ningxia National Grape and Wine Industry Open Development Comprehensive Pilot Zone" undergo 3 months of fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels and 6 months of bottle aging, crafted through a strict production process.
