Description

Li's Estate Family Classic Cabernet Vintage: 2022

Capacity: 750ml
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot

Winemaking Process:
1. The main variety comes from the 11-year-old vines at the Lisi Winery's Jin Lisi Microclimate Vineyard Base (located in Jinxin Village, Helan County, featuring a cool microclimate where the phenological period is 7-10 days later compared to the Helan Mountain foothills, conducive to the accumulation of aroma compounds in Cabernet Sauvignon). The "Inclined Single Dragon Cane" training system is used.
2. Manual harvesting, cluster selection, destemming, berry selection, cold maceration, destemmed alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation. The involvement of non-Saccharomyces yeasts enhances the wine's aromatic complexity. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
   
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color. Rich aromas of mature red fruits like strawberry and cherry, along with mineral notes. The finish reveals hints of coffee and chocolate. The wine displays strong varietal typicity, particularly notes of blackcurrant, as well as smoky and licorice aromas developed during maturation. Subtle oak tones are present, accompanied by spicy notes. The fruit profile is rich and elegant. The wine is medium-bodied, well-balanced, with fine tannins and a long, lingering finish.
