Winemaking Process: Grapes are sourced from 11-year-old vines in Lizhu Winery's "Jinlisi" micro-climate vineyard. The process includes manual harvesting, cluster selection, destemming, berry selection, cold maceration, destemmed low-temperature alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: The wine displays a deep ruby-red color, with aromas of blueberry, black olive, and black plum, offering rich and intense flavors. The finish carries a hint of peppery spice. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, with multi-layered complexity, soft yet structured tannins, and a balanced, mellow profile.
