Winemaking Process:
A blend of three grape varieties from 10-year-old vines in the Jinshan sub-region of the Helan Mountain East Foothills in Ningxia. The wine is crafted through manual harvesting, cluster selection, destemming, berry selection, cold maceration, destemmed alcoholic fermentation, and malolactic fermentation, followed by 18 months of aging in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red in color with a brilliant shine. The wine offers aromas of ripe black plum, cherry, and strawberry, complemented by hints of cedar, spices, and cocoa. Mid-palate reveals notes of mushrooms and minerals, while the finish brings subtle, lingering hints of smoke and cream. The tannins are firm, finely textured, and exceptionally clean. On the palate, the wine unfolds with a powerful, rolling intensity, leading to a profound and enduring finish that evokes a sense of lingering resonance.
