深紅色的玻璃映照出紅酒的色澤，迷人的深紅色顯出王者的氣派，將瓶子打開後，一股芬芳的香草在瓶子裡湧現出來，陣陣的芬香帶來自然的香感，隨之而來的奶油味，香濃誘人，在鼻息間纏繞著的氣息相當吸引，口感醇厚堅固(full body)，果味濃郁而不顯甜，相當有個性，輕微的橡木桶味增加了一點趣味性，使此酒陽光活力的性情呈現出來，但紅酒的魅力主要是來自明亮的水果，淡雅的李子盤旋於舌頭之間，帶來清新之美感，櫻桃與波森莓(Boysenberry)的配合讓此酒更豐富與澎湃，細膩的單寧結構與酸度融合，使味道更有均衡之完美，經醒酒2小時後，味道更能突出，讓味蕾沉醉於豐富而柔軟的體驗之中，令仙粉黛紅酒 (Hilt & Blade Lodi Zinfandel) 展示出魅力不可擋禦的風彩。
