· Produced from a unique sun-facing basin near the Tianshan Mountains in the Ili River Valley
· Grown in selenium-rich sandy soil
· Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels
· Late harvest
· Hand-harvested
· Hand-sorted grapes (only the finest berries selected)
· All grape stems removed
· Gentle pressing and centrifugal technology to remove grape seeds
· Low-temperature fermentation

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of violet, mulberry, blueberry, red date, and mint. On the palate, it is round and smooth, with silky tannins and a complex, lingering finish. A classic example of a single-varietal, barrel-aged dry red wine.
