這支紅酒是用上手摘葡萄（hand harvest)，由兩種提子合成55% Montepulciano 及 45% Sangiovese, 全都是意大利本土提子，用上不鏽鋼桶及橡木桶熟成足足三年才入樽！這支紅酒並沒有傳統意大利少女不羈的感覺，相反是一支優雅有深度有內涵有成熟韻味平衡感覺！整體感覺是高貴優雅 (Elegant)！此酒配上羊腩，令到羊腩的鮮味發揮到極致，鮮甜提升！令到羊腩的鮮味完全溶化於口中！相反羊腩的鮮味亦令這支紅酒更加優雅！非常絕配！
