至於這支Prosecco氣泡酒，用的是意大利單一Passerina葡萄，同樣是有機種植及人手採摘（hand harvest) , (用此葡萄做的氣泡酒在市場並不常見，可以說是極為罕有，小弟認知暫時只有此酒莊才有生產，一般此葡萄只做白酒的），優雅的麵包，酵母，蜂蜜，白菊花的香氣，十分優雅！配合溫柔的酸度！及密密麻麻入口即爆的氣泡！
十分舒服，高貴及優雅！
