Description

In 2022, Xige Estate introduced the Year of the Tiger commemorative dry red wine. This wine is made from a blend of old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes from Xige Estate's own vineyards, which have been aged for over 25 years. The winery utilizes 12-18 months of aging in 300-liter French oak barrels (85%) and 300-liter American oak barrels (10%), along with 5% of the wine being unbarreled to preserve the fruity aromas. After aging, the wine is further matured for an additional 18-24 months before being labeled and sold.

This dry red wine, themed around the Year of the Tiger in 2022, is a commemorative edition by Xige Estate. It exhibits rich fruity characteristics and develops complex flavors and aromas through the extended aging process. The wine is available in a 750ml bottle and is suitable for individual sales.
