Decanting Time:   two hours or more in a decanter
Oak Barrel Aging: 24 months
· Produced from a special sun-facing basin nestled beside the Tianshan Mountains in the Yili River Valley
· Grown in unique selenium-rich sandy soil
· Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels
· Late harvest
· Hand-harvested
· Manual berry selection (only the finest grape berries are chosen)
· Complete removal of all stems and leaves
· Gentle pressing and centrifugation to remove grape seeds
· Low-temperature fermentation
· Before serving, decant for two hours or more!
    After decanting, the tannins soften, the aromas gradually become more vibrant, and the wine body turns gentle, with its flavors and bouquet gaining a multidimensional liveliness! It offers rich aromas of mint, lychee, green pepper, blackcurrant, cherry, sweet spices, and more. The wine is full-bodied, with a long, clean, and crisp finish.
