· Sourced from a unique sun-facing basin near the Tianshan Mountains in the Ili River Valley
· Grown in distinctive selenium-rich sandy soil
· Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels
· Late harvest
· Hand-harvested
· Hand-sorted grape berries (only the finest berries selected)
· All grape stems removed
· Gentle pressing and centrifugal technology to remove grape seeds
· Low-temperature fermentation

Must be decanted for at least 1 hour before serving! After decanting, the tannins become smoother, the aromas become more vibrant, and the wine body turns gentler, with flavors and scents becoming multi-dimensional and lively. It offers rich aromas of leather, tobacco, mushrooms, blackcurrant, cherry, mint, and more. The wine has a medium-plus body with structure and backbone, a long aftertaste, and a clean, crisp mouthfeel.
